Our range of Inner Health products are unlike anything on the Australian market. Through extensive research, our founder Cyndi O'Meara discovered a plethora of issues with most nutritional support products currently available: many are made in Petrie dishes, genetically modified and while most claim to be manufactured in Australia (referred to as ‘finished products’ - Ready for retail), the actual functional probiotic ingredient is always sourced from overseas. To top it off, most were packaged in capsule form, some of which can contain artificial properties (most definitely NOT the Changing Habits way).

Containing only the best organic ingredients, our product blends are naturally fermented, dried and made into a powder.

 To put it simply, our products are made from real food, sourced from real places (never in a lab), and free from colours, flavours and preservatives.

Our Probiotics can be taken with juice or water, added to smoothies, or sneaked into gummies and slices to give the whole family a fermented food boost. They are also gluten-free, GMO free and vegan friendly
